A Gratitude Exercise

Happy Saturday! I wanted to share something a little bit different this week– a gratitude activity that I’ve been working on a little bit here and there every week.

Sometimes we can get caught up in the routine and monotony of our daily lives, focusing too much on our responsibilities and obligations and often forgetting how much we have to be grateful for.

I know I’m guilty of it at times.

Maybe you’ve found it extra difficult to appreciate the simple, small positives this year. Or perhaps 2020 has renewed your appreciation for the simplest of details.

Regardless of which category you fall into, I think you’ll benefit from this gratitude checklist I’ve put together.

Over the coming days and week, see if you can fill it out little by little to help you remember how despite everything happening in the world, there is still so much positivity in the smaller but truly important details of life.

Feel free to add anything to the checklist as you go through it. And don’t worry if you can’t fill out every single one — just try your best! If you do try it out, I’d love to hear what you thought of it or if you have anything to add to the list! Let me know in the comments below 🙂
